1880-1910 Fine Quality Yellow Glass Oil Lamp

Description

Circa 1890-1910 This is one of the finest oil lamps we have had in stock for many years, and in an unusual colour for the period.

It is in good condition and comes with the original etched glass shade.

The lamp measures 60cm in height to the top of the glass funnel, and the brass base is approximately 18cm in diameter.

The glass shade is 21.5cm at the widest part at the top, and the delicate etched pattern can be seen more clearly in Photo 7.

The font unscrews from the base for travelling purposes, and on the wick handles have the words ENGLISH MADE.
