Technical Description

A spectacular set of four late 19th century champagne glasses.

They have pan top bowls beautifully engraved with the initials JES. Long hollow upper stems with bands of oval cuts. A facet cut annulated knop above a plain inverted baluster knop sit on conical feet with polished pontils.

Stunning set, possibly a wedding present.

Date & Origin

England, c1890. Period of Victoria

Condition

Excellent, No chips or cracks or restoration.
