For the gamblers of the world, a 19th century Whisky tumbler dating to c1850. It has a slice-cut bowl with the words 'NO EXCISE' with two barrels engraved either side. It also has a sealed compartment at the base with three small dice which move around freely.

A very nice example and very unusual example which we have never seen before.
