Technical Description
 
A 18th-century firing glass with a drawn trumpet bowl and stem. Flanged foot with snapped pontil.
 
Really nice example with a large bowl.

England, c1780. Period of George III
 
Condition
 
Excellent. No chips cracks or restoration

Height: 11cm Rim Diameter: 5.7cm Foot Diameter: 6cm.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time the Bank of North America, the first American commercial bank opened.
