A Stunning Pair of Victorian Cut & Etched Champagne Flutes

A stunning pair of elegant champagne flutes from the last half of the 19th Century. These superior examples have slice cutting to the lower part of the bodies and gently tapering bowls, with a band of etched flower buds and leaves. The spectacular stems have double hourglass shaping and a central facet ball knop, all blown though with interior air bubbles and representing the highest possible standard of craftsmanship. Each base has a polished pontil mark. A wonderful gift idea with a bottle of champagne, for that special occasion. Dimensions below.
