A magnificent and elegant Victorian glass Epergne. It has five ribbed cranberry glass horns sitting in a superb silver plated stand.

Date & Origin

England, c1880. Period of Victoria.

Condition

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration, clear and clear.

Dimensions

Height: 31cm Diameter: 25.

Historical Relevance

Hand-blown around the time the sport of Volleyball was invented by W G Morgan in Massachusetts in 1895.
