Description

This is an exquisite and unusual 19th Century French ormulu mounted clear glass scent bottle. The faceted glass body with ormulu shoulders. The conforming hinged lid inset with a blue ceramic cabochon decorated with a spray of flowers. Opens to reveal the original clear glass stopper.

Dimensions:

Height: 6.5m / 2.4 inches.

Base diameter : 3.5cm / 1.2 inches.

Condition:

Good.

Glass and ormulu mounts in very good condition.

Ceramic cabochon in good condition.

Hinge a little weakened but still managing to the lid firmly in place.
