A Georgian double knop air twist wine glass dating to c1750. It has a rouund funnel bowl above a double knop multi-spiral air twist stem. Conical foot with a snapped pontil. At just under 7 inches it's a tall example with a large bowl.

Condition
Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration.

Historical Relevance
Hand-made around the time the wearing of the kilt was banned in Scotland by the Dress Act in 1746.
