A charming antique 18ct gold sapphire & diamond 5 stone half hoop ring. This lovely piece of Victorian jewellery consists of 3 mine cut bright white diamonds interspersed with 2 gorgeous ocean blue sapphires. The gemstones are set into 18 carat yellow gold, with a substantial shank and scroll detailing to the edge of the setting.
