Technical Description
An English lead 18th century air twist wine glass. It has a bell bowl with a solid section at the base with small air tears. Sits on a multi spiral air twist stem with a large shoulder knop. Conical foot with snapped pontil.

England, c1750.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown.
Dimensions
Height: 16.8 cm Bowl Diameter: 6.7cm Foot diameter: 7.7cm.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time of The French and Indian War from 1754 to 1763. Fought between the colonies of British America and those of New France.
