Technical Description
A magnificent Silesian Josephinenhutte wine goblet dating to c1900.
It has a deep round funnel bowl with gilding to the rim.
Solid base with a band of air tears above a Silesian six-sided pedestal stem with notch cutting. Large conical foot with a ladies name and the date 1910.

Comments
The Josephinehutte glassworks was founded by Franz Pohl in 1842 and went on to produce outstanding Venetian inspired designs over a 100 years period. This glass was almost certainly a special one-off commissioned piece.
