Technical Description
 
A superb set of six engraved 18th century ale glasses. The drawn conical bowls are engraved with hops and barley. Thick conical foot with a rough pontil.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time Westminster Bridge officially opened in London on the 18th of November 1750.
 
Like an item from this era, finding a matching set of six all in superb undamaged condition, is highly unusual.
