Condition

Age related wear as shown, no chips cracks or restoration, very thin slither to base, probably manufacture.

Height: 7cm Width: 4cm square

Technical Description

A French blue opaline perfume bottle dating to the late 19th century. It has a hinged brass lid showing a french victory column. It has its original clear glass internal stopper and a brass ormolu neck. Polished pontil to base.

Historical Relevance

Made around the time of that the Eiffel Tower was started in 1887
