Description

A rather unusual and striking perfume bottle with an intricate deep cut globe and a long slender neck with an interesting and very tactile cutting.

Apart from the shape being a welcome departure from the norm, the sterling silver top is attached to a silver chain which in turn is attached to a sterling ring at the bottom of the neck.

The silver is hallmarked for the highly collectible Chester assay office and the year 1890, making this a true Victorian example.

Excellent condition standing 5 3 /4" tall with globe measuring approximately 2 1/2" in diameter.
