Technical Description
 
A superb pair of 19th-century amethyst salts. Canoe shaped bodies with scallop cut rums and a band of very small diamond cuts around the middle. Diamond feet which are star cut.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time of The Anglo-Zulu War which was fought in 1879.
