Description

Victorian Walnut Pair of Box Seat Stools. The lift up hinged seats having button upholstery held by brass studs and with a moulded half round edge. The seats lifting to a void interior. The fronts having central carved ovals surrounded with carved foliate scrolls within raised moulded frames with spandrel corners. These flanked by square tapered corner pillars with gadrooned and harebell carved decoration. The sides and backs having raised panels. On moulded bases with bun feet.
