Technical Description
 
A 19th century glass lustre in light blue with hand painted garlands of white, green and yellow flowers around the rim and foot. Nine clear droplets with original hanging wires.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time Queen Victoria instituted the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award of the British honours system to this day.
