Technical Description
 
An 18th century opaque twist wine glass with a round funnel bowl above a double series opaque twist wine stem consisting of an 11-ply spiral band outside a pair of spiral tapes. Conical foot with snapped pontil.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time the first patent for a one-piece pencil with eraser was issued to American inventor J. Rechendorf of New York City.
