This is a very unusual and rare form. There are some attributes which would point to English manufacture and then there are others which could point to German or French manufacture. Either way, we have never come across this exact form before and although we have a number of excellent reference books on decanters, including both of Andy McConnell''s, unfortunately, we couldn''t find another example as a reference. A rare occurrence today with the sheer volume of information available both on and offline.
