Technical Description

An ancient glass kohl bottle. The bowl is slightly tapered with applied trailing, an applied handle and a folded rim. The conical foot has a rough pontil. The green glass has been naturally iridised from years covered in earth.

Historical Relevance
Kohl was a cosmetic used in ancient times similar to eyeliner today.
