Technical Description
 
A pair of 19th century cut and engraved glass decanters. A narrow Scallop cut neck leads to a well defined slice cut shoulder. The body is decorated with alternating panels of diamond cutting and engraved vine leaves. This all rests upon a star cut circular base. The decanters retain their original matching stoppers.
 
Historical Relevance
 
Hand-blown around the time the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge began on the 3rd of January 1870.
