Excellent, age-related wear as shown.

Height: 18.5cm Rim diameter: 6.9cm Foot diameter: 7.1cm.

Technical Description

A Josephinenhutte colour opaque twist wine glass. The ovoid bowl features slice and notch cut decoration at the base. Slice and notch cutting continues down the stem which is comprised within, of a pair of white 9-ply spiral bands outwith two pairs of blue spiral threads. The flat foot is finished with a rough pontil.

Historical Relevance

Hand-blown around the time of the one and only Olympic cricket match, held in Paris on the 19th of August 1900.
