Technical Description
An engraved 19th century glass goblet.
The opposite is engraved Dye Ken John Peel. The elegant stem features a teared ball knop with cushion knops above and below. A conical foot with a rough pontil supports the piece.

Historical Relevance
Hand-blown and engraved around the time of John Peel’s death in 1854, the fame of Peel is owed to a song written in his honour, of which the name is engraved on this glass D’ye Ken John Peel.
