Technical Description

A Wedgwood fairyland lustre cup. The body is decorated in the Firbolgs IV pattern by Daisy Makeig-Jones, which depicts comical Firblogs. The inside is decorated with colourful fish and a gnome delivering a letter to a pair of birds. The base is marked with the Wedgwood Portland vase maker's mark and the pattern number Z5200.

Historical Relevance

Hand-made around the time the Council of the League of Nations met for the first time in London on the 11th of February 1920.
