Circa 1900, rare pewter stein with crystal top depicting a dog done in the style of an Essex crystal.

The top has stunning clarity & this item is in exceptional condition for age.

The clear glass body has thumb cut panels.

Probably made between 1890 &1910, most likely in Germany.
