A Fabulous Late Victorian Cut Glass Biscuit Barrel

A fabulous late Victorian glass biscuit or cracker barrel. This charming example has attractive cut decoration to the body and lid. The glass is cased in eye-catching cobalt blue and the cutting is different to the lid, body and foot, suggesting that this may have been an apprentice piece. A most attractive example, this would make a lovely gift idea, being both practical and decorative. Dimensions below.
