The Silver Cabinet has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The noggin is hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 with the maker's mark of A Bromet & Co. It is a lightly facetted conical shape with a flattened spherical stopper.

The label is also is good condition, with the maker's mark of S Blackensee & Son and the assay office London 1935.
This is one of a pair that I have listed separately, as the other has some slight damage.
