Large Pair of Highly Decorative Edwardian Cut Glass Lidded Jars

A highly decorative large pair of Edwardian cut glass lidded display jars or possibly apothecary jars.

These impressive lidded jars consist of a large glass lid (or cover) with finial with cut glass decoration, the rim below also having cut glass designs.

This leads down to the main body of the jars which have cut glass laurel leaf designs to the top with fluted decoration below.

The jars are supported on hexagonal pedestal bases.

Due to the size of these jars they were most probably used for display purposes and would be ideal for displaying a variety of items today.

These cut glass jars are in excellent condition for age and can go straight into a home.
