A pair of early 19th c Irish cut glass sweetmeat vases and covers c1840.

Size 13.5ins high 7ins across

These lovely vases are a heavy cut glass with a pale yellow/orange tinge to the colour indicating a high lead content and were probably made at Waterford.

There is some chipping to the edges of the rims of the bottom section but no cracking or breaks either to the covers or the bases
