Steve Sly Japanese Works of Art has dated this piece to the 1900s.
Condition is very good for 110 years of use ,as you would expect there is some wear to the wooden top where the sharp decanter tops have been in and out over the years , there are a couple of approx 3" moulding areas repaired on the plinth and although all of the bottles are perfect and matching one seems to sit a bit higher than the other two , i think it is the stopper but it all works fine and locks away as it should , we have not cleaned the corromandel or the silver but it would gleam with a polish.
Its a beauty dont miss it !!
