Antique Rolled Gold Watch Chain and Swivel Fob

Description

Antique rolled gold watch chain and swivel fob.

The chain is stamped with the word, ‘deponirt’. This was often stamped on German or Austrian pieces made in the late 19th Century / early 20th Century and means "registered" or "patented.

There are no markings regarding the actual finish on the chain, but it would appear to be rolled gold.

The chain measures 26.5cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

Also included is a Victorian double sided swivel. The stones have some surface marking and scratching. The metal is slightly yellower than the chain.

Total weight 40.7g.
