Antique Silver Bonbon Dish

Description

A nice example of a small silver bonbon dish with an ornate pierced design and scrolling wavy rim. It is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 28g.

It is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1904, James Dixon & Sons

It is in good condition for its age. There are some surface marks and minor signs of age and use and a few old dinks and dents but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays well.
