Why Sellingantiques dated this piece to THE VICTORIAN ERA:

Ground pontil mark on the base: hand-blown manufacture before automated bottling.

Applied clear glass handle: hand assembly typical of Stourbridge workshops.

Patterned optic fluting in the body: glass blown into an initial shaping mould.

Wheel-etched Maltese cross on the stopper: late Victorian decorative ornament.

This is an independent date report produced by Sellingantiques using its own proprietary system. The process uses the photographs shown on this page. The system is never told the date the dealer has declared. This report shows that the two dates corroborate.
