Antique 20th century bureau bookcase in mahogany, a beautifully designed piece that brings together display space, generous storage and a practical writing area. Well made and of good quality, it is a wonderfully versatile addition to a study, living room, bedroom or reception room. The lower section has three larger drawers, with two smaller drawers above, all fitted with decorative brass handles.

Opening the bureau reveals a beautifully fitted interior with numerous small storage compartments and a lovely dark writing surface, creating an organised and inviting place to write. Above, two glazed doors open to reveal three adjustable shelves, ideal for arranging books, china, glassware or personal collections.
