This Georgian small walnut chest of drawers originates from the eighteenth century. The piece is constructed with burr walnut veneer, oak, and brass, presenting a warm brown colour with a crossbanded top and ash inlay on the top and drawers. Visible details include bracket feet, engraved brass escutcheons, and small brass drop handles on circular backplates across the two short and two long drawers. The structure is finished with a moulded top edge above the graduated drawer configuration. Measuring 80 cm wide by 53 cm high by 42 cm deep, the proportions suit placement as a compact storage unit in a hallway, bedroom, or living space.
