Antique 20th century Edwardian bureau in burr walnut, a beautifully crafted piece that perfectly combines elegance with practicality. Very well made and of good quality, it displays the refined proportions and exquisite veneers that make Edwardian furniture so highly regarded.

The fall-front opens to reveal a beautifully fitted interior, thoughtfully arranged to provide a practical writing space with an assortment of compartments for organising letters, stationery and other essentials.

Beneath are three generously sized drawers, each retaining its original decorative handles, while the bureau also comes complete with its original key. Raised on graceful cabriole legs with finely carved knees, the piece has a wonderfully elegant silhouette.
