A Beautiful Pair of Antique Ruby Red Glass Water Jugs, each with a clear applied hollow handles and a shaped pouring lip. The glass is a rich cranberry tone with excellent translucency, giving a strong glow when held to the light. Both jugs are decorated with an etched grapevine band, featuring leaves, tendrils, and clustered grapes around the body. Their substantial size gives them a wonderfully confident presence on a dining table or sideboard – circa 1920.
