Bushells Antiques has dated this Rose Gold Albert Chain to the 19th Century.
The T-bar is stamped with the maker's mark "C.B" possible for Deakin & Francis, alongside official Birmingham assay marks including the anchor symbol. The chain is fitted with an original swivel dog clip fastener at one terminal and a spring-loaded bolt ring at the other. Total gross weight for the piece is 24 grams. Total length: 22"The surface shows a natural aged patina and minor abrasions consistent with a late 19th or early 20th-century jewelry item. All articulated links and clasp mechanisms are in functional condition.
