Rare Boxed Asprey Solid Sterling Silver Mechanical Bookmark 1932 Art Deco

Description

A rare English solid sterling silver mechanical bookmark. It is hallmarked for London 1932 with the maker being Aspreys of Bond St London. It has been superbly designed and comes with its box with instructions in the lid. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The box is a little rough but its unusual to have one. The bookmark measures approx. 3 inches (7.5cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2cm) and weighs 10 grams. A superb example.
