Vintage 1.06 Carat Unheated Burmese Sapphire & Diamond Ring, Circa 1935

Description

An absolute treasure. This wonderful vintage cluster ring features a natural and unheated GIA certified sapphire displays the most intense and vivid electric blue. The stone is claw set within a surround of twelve white and lively old European cut diamonds. Sits nice and snug to the finger on a slim platinum band which splits at the shoulders, with a trio of rubover set eight-cut diamonds nestled in the gap.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from GIA stating the sapphire shows no evidence of heating.

Cut:? Round cut sapphire surround by old European cut diamonds, and eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.

Colour:? The diamonds range from H to I.

Clarity:? The sapphire is loupe clean. The diamond range from VS2 to SI1.

Carat:? The sapphire is 1.06 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.14 carat.

Circa:? 1930.

Size:? O (UK) or 7 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The sapphire is 6.53 x 6.58mm. The head of the ring is 13.6mm in diameter and sits 5.6mm from the finger.

Weight:? 6.30 grams.
