18ct Gold Marquis Cut Diamonds (1.00ct) and Ruby Ring. The ring is set with a 5 marquis cut diamonds (0.20ct) each, totaling (1.00ct) along with 5 marquis cut rubies (0.15ct), totaling (0.75ct) set in 18ct yellow gold. The diamonds are lovely quality, sparkly and clean and the rubies are a striking with a stunning pink hue, it is a fantastic quality ring. The ring is not hallmarked but is fully tested for 18ct gold. The face of the ring measures 2.0cm wide x 0.8cm high and weighs 4.1 grams, the ring size is a Q and is offered in excellent condition.
