Exhibit Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
Every now and then something truly exceptionally rare comes along and this is one of those cases.
A set of six matching Georgian Turquoise green flute glasses dating to c1800.
They have long conical bowls with annulated shoulder knops above narrow capstan stems. Conical feet with snapped pontils.

They can be used as Champagne flutes, wine flutes of ale glasses. We have shown one picture of a flute next to a standard sized wine glass from the same period.
One glass on its own would be exceptionally rare, never mind a set of six.
