Description

1930’s Heals Oak Bedding Box

A superb quality oak blanket box that was made by Arthur Reynolds in the Cotswold School style for and retailed by Heals of London in the thirties. In excellent, clean condition, this oak bedding box has a planked oak lid with a panelled front and sides, all in the original finish. Made in solid oak with a cedar wood base and back, complete with the original iron hinges and makers label. A great quality piece that is a wonderful original colour.
