12" Art Deco Sterling Silver Salver/drinks Tray - 1935

1920 - 1940
Description

An elegant antique George V sterling silver salver/drinks tray which has been designed in the Art Deco style with a plain square shaped body with curved borders, reed detailing around the edges and resting on four extremely stylish feet. This silver salver has been well cared for over the years and is both practical to use and attractive to the eye. It bears the silver jubilee mark of King George V and Queen Mary and remains in excellent condition.

Height: 2.5 cms (1")

Length: 30.4 cms (12")

Width: 30.4 cms (12")

Weight: 32.4 troy ounces (1,004 grams)

It was hallmarked in London for 1935 by Bravingtons Ltd.
