A superb 17th-century Charles II geometric chest of drawers. It features a rectangular planked top. The chest has four long drawers, lined with oak , brass drop handles, escutcheons. It stands on its original stile feet . Outstanding rich warm colour and deep patina throughout.
This piece was constructed in England around 1680, A really beautiful example . The chest is made using thick oak planks, giving it a substantial and impressive presence. The drawers open and close smoothly.
This chest is in very good antique condition, with the expected signs of age and use, enhancing its character and authenticity, adding to its overall appeal.
