A charming late 17th century carved oak mule chest.
c1680-1700.
The two plank moulded edge top is over a three panelled front carved with arcaded and floral motifs.
Retaining the original loop, split-pin hinges
Lunette carved long drawer to the base, with the original turned handles.
In excellent antique condition. With expected general signs of age and use.
Having developed a wonderful rich colour and glowing patina.
