CONDITION REPORT:

In good overall antique condition, showing typical signs of age. The top has some splitting and staining, with additional marks and scratches to the front. Historic woodworm has affected the top, causing minor loss, but it has long been treated as a precaution. Despite these signs of age, the piece remains solid and stable, retaining its character and charm.
