• Fixing: Platinum butterfly scrolls (new).
• Hallmarks/stamps: The butterflies are marked PT 950 (platinum fineness).

• Era: Estimated Edwardian (c.1901-1914).
• Size: 1.7 x 0.8cm. The top diamonds are each around a quarter of a carat, with five further diamonds of between 2 and 3mm on each earring, making an approximate total weight of just over a carat across the two earrings, although it's difficult to be precise with the older cuts.
• Weight: 2.7g.
