An antique French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a round medal depicting the Virgin Mary within a Gothic frame. The reverse shows a sheaf of lilies with the engraved monogram MB and the date 2nd Juin 1873. Unmarked but tested for 18 karat gold.
