Catherines Antique Jewellery Box has dated this piece to the 1900s.
5 x3.5mm and the two outer 2mm x 2mm - of of excellent colour. The rich gold band has a really great shape to it with a tapering 18ct gold band which is 8mm at its widest point and 3mm at smallest point. This ring is in great condition with some general wear in accordance with age.. good strong band in original condition - not resized. The ring is fully hallmarked for 18ct gold and the makers H.G & S which refers to Henry Griffith and sons of Birmingham. This ring would make a beautiful Antique wedding band, or a ring suitable for everyday wear. Ring Size UK N.5 U.S 6 1/2 the total weight is a heavy 6.4g.
